Clinical and Product Support Specialist

About the role

GN Hearing is looking for a qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist to join its ANZ Sales Team, based in North Ryde, Sydney. The role works with the territory-based sales team to remotely support customers with their audiological and product training needs, driving positive sales outcomes and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Sales Team to implement training plans that improve account performance across the ANZ territories.
• Provide high-level remote audiological, product and technical support to customers.
• Identify revenue opportunities from customer audiology enquiries on a long-term basis.
• Deliver product training (clinic inductions, fitting software, product portfolio, features, competitive aspects), sales training (upselling, objection handling, technology differentiation, top-up tools) and audiology training on selected topics.
• Manage calendars so online training is available across ANZ territories and time zones.
• Monitor the external market for competitive products and technologies.
• Present and speak at online group sessions, events and seminars.
• Assist the Customer Care and Technical Support teams as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist with industry and clinical experience.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence presenting remotely to large groups.
• Fluent English.
• Experience with GN products is highly regarded.
• Full, unrestricted Australian work rights.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
