Clinic & Campus Manager

About the role

The Clinic & Campus Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Endeavour College of Natural Health’s Sydney campus and its on‑site clinic. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role ensures a safe, seamless and high‑quality experience for students, staff and clinic clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee clinic and campus operations, including service delivery, facilities management, staffing and student experience.
• Lead and develop the administration team through recruitment, onboarding, performance management and professional development.
• Coordinate student engagement initiatives such as open days, events, graduations and community partnerships.
• Manage clinic performance metrics – bookings, utilisation, revenue, stock and client engagement – and drive improvements.
• Administer campus budgets, expenditures and resources, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Champion WHS compliance, risk management, emergency preparedness and continuous improvement across the campus.

Required profile

• A degree qualification with at least 5 years of management experience in an operational, service, education or health environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven team leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in WHS, risk management, compliance and continuous quality improvement.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, performance targets and a customer‑focused mindset.
