Client Service Manager (Aged Care)

About the role

Amana Living is seeking a Client Service Manager to be the primary point of contact for older Australians receiving home‑based care. You will ensure clients and their families receive timely information, coordinated support, and high‑quality services that enable independent living.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients and families, providing accurate service information.
• Document and resolve client feedback in line with company policy.
• Conduct regular wellness visits, client contacts, and annual reviews.
• Develop and update care plans based on ACAT/NSAF assessments and client goals.
• Manage client budgets, maintain budget planners, and ensure services align with funding levels.
• Perform face‑to‑face visits and client contacts according to procedures.

Required profile

• Empathetic, customer‑focused professional with strong communication skills.
• Current flu vaccination and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (valid 6 months).
• Successful completion of pre‑employment health and reference checks.
• Valid Class C driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
• Willingness to complete a 5‑day paid induction at the Amana Living Training Institute.
