About the role
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to drive financing solutions for our customers in the construction equipment sector. Based in Perth, you will act as the bridge between end‑users, our sales teams and dealers, ensuring smooth financing processes and strong client partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Promote financing solutions to end customers and support sales conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams and dealers.
- Conduct preliminary credit screening and support credit assessment processes.
- Coordinate with insurance partners to ensure proper coverage of financed assets.
- Monitor customer payments and manage overdue accounts.
- Prepare and execute financing agreements and related documentation.
- Support reporting and administrative tasks in collaboration with HQ.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Chinese Mandarin to liaise with headquarters.
