Client Lead - Quick-Service Restaurant Brands

About the role

Atomic212, a Publicis Groupe agency, is looking for a Client Lead to drive the strategic direction and client relationship of an iconic portfolio of brands in the quick-service restaurant industry. The role sits within a senior, collaborative client leadership team and reports directly to a Group Account Director, with dedicated Planning & Trading and Digital functions alongside you.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction and client relationship of the assigned brand portfolio
• Understand what drives the brief, challenge client thinking when needed, and combine strategy, data, media and performance to build a better answer
• Own the health of the client relationship, the commercial performance of the account, the quality of the work and the development of the team

Required profile

• Ideally 7+ years of media experience, with a track record of managing significant client accounts and leading integrated media strategies across planning, trading and specialist disciplines
• Experience managing campaign performance, senior client relationships, commercial account responsibilities and high-performing teams, in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Strong cross-channel media expertise across traditional, digital and performance channels, with a solid understanding of how they work together
• Confidence working with and guiding specialist teams in planning, trading, programmatic, SEO, SEM, social, content and data
