About the role

Tiffany & Co is seeking enthusiastic Client Advisors to join its flagship and boutique stores across Sydney. In this customer‑focused position you will represent the iconic luxury brand, delivering personalized service that turns each visit into a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a personal client book, inviting customers to exclusive in‑store events.
• Provide tailored, high‑touch service that reflects the Tiffany brand standards.
• Drive sales and consistently exceed individual and store targets.
• Maintain a polished and efficient work environment in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall store performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail, preferably luxury or client‑centric environments.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales KPIs and meet performance goals.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
