Client Account Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

Join UBS’s Global Wealth Management team in Perth as a Client Account Manager. You will work closely with Client Advisors to deliver front‑office support, ensuring seamless administration of client relationships and contributing to the growth of sophisticated client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for client accounts and assist Client Advisors.
• Collaborate with Business Management, Credit, Investment Services, Operations, Treasury, IT and other internal teams to drive functional efficiency.
• Support the holistic advisory approach by preparing documentation, monitoring client activity and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain high‑quality client service, addressing inquiries and delivering tailored solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Relationship Manager, Desk Assistant or similar role, preferably within Wealth Management or Private Banking.
• University degree with a focus on Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial products and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and service‑orientation skills.
• High level of flexibility, personal responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Commitment to professional ethics and compliance standards.
