Cleaning Team Leader – Permanent (North Dandalup)

About the role

We are seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to lead a small cleaning crew at a mine site in North Dandalup, WA. This permanent position offers stable weekday hours, no nights or weekends, and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a small cleaning team, working alongside them on site.
• Maintain high cleaning standards across all facility areas.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange supplies as required.
• Report maintenance, safety and facility issues promptly.
• Build positive relationships with supervisors and site stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Leadership experience such as Leading Hand, Level 2 Cleaner or Team Leader preferred but not essential.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Recent National Police Check (within 6 months).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
