Cleaner – Defence Facilities (Full Time/Part Time)

About the role

ISS Global is seeking reliable and motivated Cleaners to join its Defence teams in Swanbourne and Perth CBD. As a Defence Cleaner you will help maintain safe, clean and welcoming environments for Defence personnel across offices, accommodation and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean offices, accommodation blocks and shared facilities following established schedules.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the site.
• Follow cleaning procedures and use provided equipment responsibly.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service.
• Provide excellent customer service to site occupants.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship (mandatory).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Clearance and National Police Clearance.
• Willingness to complete pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
• Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and a safety‑focused attitude.
• Good communication and time‑management skills.
