Civil Labourer – Residential Construction Project

About the role

CoreStaff is recruiting experienced civil labourers for a 4-week residential civil construction project in Port Kembla. The work runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime, and is described as a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general civil labouring duties on a residential project
• Assist with earthworks, trenching and site preparation
• Support machine operators and spot machinery
• Carry out site clean-up and maintain a safe work environment
• Help with other duties as required on site

Required profile

• Previous experience in civil labouring or civil construction
• Current White Card
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit and able to pass a mobility assessment
• Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
• Availability for the full 4-week project

Required skills

• Roller or other machinery tickets are an advantage
