CHMU Integrated Logistic Support Services

About the role

The CHMU Integrated Logistic Support Services role supports fleet procurement, inventory optimisation and forecasting for CH-47F aircraft. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the fleet receives timely spares and sustainment support.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage priorities for fleet procurement support, inventory management and forecasting.
• Handle complex logistics tasks for CH-47F in‑service support, including Direct Commercial Sales and Foreign Military Sales.
• Analyse and interpret the Cooperative Logistics Supply Support Arrangement to maximise fleet support via spares procurement.
• Support Deeper Level Maintenance by liaising with Technical Assessors, monitoring maintenance sparing packages and coordinating timely delivery of spares.
• Provide logistical support for Special Technical Instructions, deviations, modifications and sustainment activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to resolve materiel logistics issues.
• Review logistics performance and produce accurate reports using Defence‑approved tools.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external sustainment stakeholders, offering timely advice and support.

Required profile

• Security clearance at NV1 level.
• Experience in military logistics, procurement and inventory management, preferably with CH‑47F platforms.
• Ability to analyse logistics data, forecast demand and produce performance reports.
• Strong communication skills to work with technical assessors, suppliers and defence agencies.
