About the role
The Chief People Officer will join Carlisle Health’s executive team to shape and execute the people and communications agenda across a fast‑growing medical imaging network. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leader will ensure the organisation attracts, develops, rewards and retains the talent needed to support patient‑centered care.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a workforce strategy that aligns with organisational growth and long‑term capability.
- Partner with the executive team on organisational design, workforce planning, succession and the people implications of acquisitions.
- Build a high‑performing talent acquisition function to attract and retain critical clinical and operational talent.
- Oversee performance management, reward systems, culture initiatives and employee engagement programmes.
- Establish people‑operations processes, governance and accountability consistent with a private‑equity backed healthcare platform.
- Lead organisational communications to ensure clear, consistent and timely information for a geographically dispersed workforce.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a complex, growth‑focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale HR functions, influence organisation‑wide outcomes and drive cultural excellence.
- Strong strategic thinking with a track record of partnering with C‑level executives.
- Willingness to be based in Sydney and work closely with the CEO and executive team.
