About the role

Lasseters, a premier integrated resort in Alice Springs, is expanding its culinary team. Multiple full‑time chef and cook positions are available across its à la carte restaurant, banquet operations, and catering for the Convention Centre.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, clean and run kitchen sections during service, covering breakfast, short‑order, pastry, baking and butchery.
  • Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, order supplies, monitor quality and enforce hygiene standards.

Required profile

  • Relevant qualification (apprenticeship or trade test) or at least one year of full‑time experience (three years if no qualification).
  • Experience in specialised cooking, pastry, baking or butchery, with the ability to supervise and train junior staff.

What we offer

  • OTE salary range $75,000–$95,000 per annum (gross), plus superannuation.
