Change, Training & Communications Lead – Payroll & WFM Transformation

About the role

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Change, Training & Communications Lead on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract to drive organisational readiness for a large‑scale Payroll and Workforce Management transformation. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will shape and execute the change, training and communications strategy across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the end‑to‑end change, training and communications strategy for the payroll and workforce management program.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify readiness requirements across affected business areas.
• Design communication plans that build awareness, engagement and adoption throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead the creation of training materials and delivery of learning sessions for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs and implementation partners to prepare teams for new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Monitor readiness and adoption metrics, recommending interventions as needed.
• Coach leaders and managers to support their teams through change.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading change management, training and communications in large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of organisational change methodologies and adoption practices.
• Experience supporting payroll and workforce‑management technology implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and delivery capabilities in fast‑paced project environments.
