Change Manager

About the role

We are seeking experienced Change Managers to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area. In this role you will lead organisational, cultural and technology change initiatives aligned to the ATO’s Enterprise Change Management framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of change initiatives across multiple locations.
• Analyse change impacts and design appropriate change strategies.
• Identify people impacts, map end‑to‑end change journeys and sequence activities to transition initiatives into business‑as‑usual.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide strategic advice.
• Translate complex change concepts into clear communication and drive adoption.
• Support continuous improvement of change management practices.
• Coach, mentor and transfer knowledge to uplift capability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar change leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills to assess change impacts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic advisory abilities.
• Effective communication skills to convey change messages clearly.
