Centre Director – Early Childhood Education Leader

About the role

The Centre Director will set the vision for Nido Riverton, mentor educators and build strong relationships with families and the community. This hands‑on leader ensures high‑quality early learning and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, guide and support educators to deliver excellence.
• Oversee centre operations including rostering, budgeting and compliance.
• Build trusting partnerships with families and the wider community.
• Model consistency, respect, intentionality, collaboration and proactive communication.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in the early childhood sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks.
• Valid Police Check, WWCC and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

Required skills

• Strong mentoring and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, rosters and compliance documentation.
