Catering Assistant – Cook/Barista (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Catering Assistant who will work as a Cook and Barista at our client site in Berkeley Vale, supporting the café and kitchen operations. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will help deliver high-quality food and beverage service to employees on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals, sandwiches and light meals.
• Make a variety of coffee beverages and support café operations.
• Provide friendly, efficient counter service and outstanding customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and café.
• Assist with general kitchen duties, including basic food preparation and cleaning.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, café or food service environments.
• Barista experience with confidence preparing a range of coffee drinks.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to food safety and workplace hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Barista coffee preparation.
