Casual Safety Trainer – Flexible Role

About the role

SafeZone Training is seeking experienced industry professionals to join its team as casual safety trainers. You will deliver high‑impact, hands‑on training courses to learners across a range of high‑risk work areas.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate one or more of the following courses: Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Elevating Work Platforms (under and over 11 m), and Forklift operation.
• Prepare and conduct training sessions in a safe, engaging manner.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback to ensure competency.
• Maintain training records in line with RTO requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant industry qualifications and solid, real‑world experience in the specific safety domain you will teach.
• Current TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Applicable High‑Risk Work Licences (e.g., EWP over 11 m, Forklift licence).
• Positive, engaging attitude with a passion for student success.
