Casual Registered Nurse - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health Plenty, an aged care home in Melbourne's northern suburbs, is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join its team on a casual basis. The role covers a range of morning and afternoon/night shifts, and is open to nurses who want to contribute to high-quality, person-centred aged care.

Key responsibilities

• Meet residents' medical needs
• Prepare clinical documentation
• Lead and support staff, helping them grow
• Act as a health and safety role model
• Maintain the highest standard of work

Required profile

• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration

Required skills

• Solid documentation skills
• Knowledge of AN-ACC
