Casual OSHC Educator (Flexible)

About the role

Join the St Jerome's OSHClub relief team to support a variety of OSHC services across flexible shifts. This role offers the chance to work with different teams, gain sector experience, and make a meaningful impact on children’s lives daily.

Key responsibilities

• Provide before‑school care (7:00 am–9:00 am) and after‑school care (2:30 pm–6:00 pm) as needed.
• Support children during relief shifts, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
• Cover at least three afternoons per week and assist during school holidays when required.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Team player with aspirations to grow and learn.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Complete National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.

Required skills

• Ability to engage children in play‑based activities.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
