Required profile

- Willingness to learn optical skills (experience optional).
- Positive, energetic attitude and can‑do mindset.
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Team player who builds great relationships.

- Flexible availability across multiple locations.
