Casual Law Clerk – Planning & Environment

About the role
RedeMont is seeking a casual Law Clerk to join its nationally‑recognised Planning and Environment team on the Gold Coast. This opportunity is open to penultimate or final‑year law students who want hands‑on experience with local government and commercial clients across litigation and advisory matters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft documents for planning and environment matters.
- Support the team on both litigation and advisory projects.
- Assist colleagues to meet tight deadlines and ensure high‑quality work.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to case preparation.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a law degree (penultimate or final year).
- Strong communication and proactive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑performing, deadline‑driven environment.
