Casual Food & Beverage Waiter – Spring Carnival

About the role

Join the Australian Turf Club Hospitality & Events team for the Spring Carnival and deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests at race day functions, brasseries and à la carte restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive service to guests during race day events.
• Set tables, serve wine, carry and clear multiple plates efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of grooming and presentation throughout shifts.
• Ensure a smooth, fast‑paced service environment while adhering to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Current NSW RSA certification.
• Experience in large‑scale functions or restaurant settings.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous manner with customers.
• Quick learner, able to work in a high‑energy environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
