About the role

Royal Queensland Golf Club, described as the premier golf club in Queensland, is looking for a Level 2 Casual Food & Beverage Attendant. The role plays a key part in keeping the club's high standards of service up for Members and their guests.

Key responsibilities

Deliver efficient and courteous service to Members and guests
Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including tap beer
Keep all service areas clean and well presented
Manage cash transactions and use the Club's account system
Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves, fridges and bar counters
Carry out other duties as instructed by the Supervisor

Required profile

Prior experience in the hospitality industry
At least 1 year of hospitality experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Impeccable grooming and presentation
Knowledge of workplace health and safety and hygiene protocols
A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
