Casual Educator at Pakenham Lakeside OSHC

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as a casual OSHC Educator at the Pakenham Lakeside Club. You will work split shifts before and after school, building relationships with children, families and the school community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, play‑based activities for children during morning (6:30‑9:00) and afternoon (2:45‑6:30) shifts.
• Provide a safe, supportive environment and uphold child‑safety policies, including police and working‑with‑children checks.
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally support nearby services when needed.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children and a team‑player attitude.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer) and a state working‑with‑children check.
• Australian working rights and completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.
• VIC Diploma‑level qualification or be working towards it, in line with ACECQA requirements.
