About the role
Join Beacon Lighting’s Cannon Hill store as a Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant. You will help customers discover the perfect lighting solutions while delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting lighting products and provide expert advice.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail and trade customers through loyalty programs.
- Develop product knowledge to confidently drive sales.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Maintain a clean, well‑presented store environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
