About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our Beacon Lighting store in Campbelltown, NSW. In this role you will help customers find the perfect lighting solutions while delivering a friendly and professional in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on lighting products and assist customers throughout their purchase journey.
- Build relationships with retail and trade customers using loyalty programmes.
- Maintain product knowledge and confidence to drive sales.
- Support a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Keep the store tidy, well‑presented and stocked.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and detail‑oriented.
