Casual Cleaner – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Minor Hotels is expanding its housekeeping team at Oaks R Suites Geelong and is looking for energetic, detail‑oriented casual cleaners to maintain high standards of guest room cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including precise bed making, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks within allocated hours while meeting daily targets.
• Use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following all training and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain professional relationships with guests and contractors.

Required profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting and standing for long periods.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
