Casual Bartender – Bar Team

About the role

Bistecca, a fast-paced, Tuscan-inspired venue run by Liquid & Larder, is looking for a casual bartender. The bar team shapes the guest experience with warm, cheeky hospitality, starting in the wood-panelled cocktail bar before moving into the 50-seat restaurant. The role suits someone who enjoys cross-training across the venue, from hosting and shaking tins to waiting tables.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure all beverages are to specification and consistent
• Deliver an efficient, professional and personal guest experience
• Communicate efficiently between all members of the venue
• Contribute to team culture
• Create beverages
• Carry out other duties as requested

Required profile

• Proven experience in a premium or hatted venue
• Confident and calm demeanour, able to move between roles easily
• High attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest interaction
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings
• Commitment to consistency and excellence; previous hatted venue experience is highly regarded
