Casual & Assistant Early Childhood Educator

About the role

Eden Academy Port Noarlunga is seeking passionate early childhood educators to join a vibrant, child‑safe community. You will work in a warm, nurturing environment that blends indoor and outdoor learning spaces, supporting children from 7 am to 6 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate playful learning experiences that nurture curiosity and development.
• Create engaging, age‑appropriate environments that inspire wonder.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through clear communication.
• Collaborate with team members, bringing a positive, team‑first attitude to every room.
• Provide coverage for short‑notice shifts across rotating Monday‑Friday schedules.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Professional references, including one from a childcare/education manager.
