Care Manager - Aged Care Home

About the role

Respect, the largest provider of aged care services in Regional Australia, is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead its Alkira Gunnedah site. The 41-bed residential aged care home is located close to the town centre and offers a peaceful, secure and homely environment where care is tailored to each resident's needs and preferences. The role is a full-time position based in Gunnedah, New South Wales.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager and the clinical team to help guide care delivery.
• Support staff capability so that residents receive respectful, consistent care aligned with their individual needs.
• Drive high-quality, compliant and resident-focused care across the site.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
• Experience leading, supporting or mentoring care teams.
• Current National Police Certificate and a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
