Car Park Attendant

About the role

Royal Sydney, a prestigious private members' club in Australia, is looking for a Car Park Attendant to report to the Clubhouse Operations Manager. You will monitor and control the use of the car park by members, guests, contractors and staff. This is a casual contract with a maximum term of 6 months, covering shifts between Tuesdays and Sundays from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of service to members and guests, offering help as needed.
• Record and report data on car park usage.
• Maintain the rules and standards of the Club respectfully.
• Take appropriate action with drivers who must park at certain times, following management directives.

Required profile

• A member-focused outlook and a passion for service delivery.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Experience in a car park is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to remain calm.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
