About the role

The Campus Minister provides vibrant faith, spiritual, and pastoral support to students at San Sisto College. Working part‑time, the role energises the religious life of the whole school community while fostering a strong Catholic identity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead religious festivals and celebrations that showcase diverse traditions and encourage student participation.
• Support professional learning for staff, delivering spiritual and theological development programmes.
• Develop, promote and evaluate formation programmes aligned with the school’s Catholic Identity Strategy.
• Design, develop and facilitate prayer, reflection and liturgical experiences for students and staff.
• Collaborate with school leadership to integrate faith‑based initiatives across the curriculum and co‑curricular activities.

Required profile

• Committed Catholic with a passion for youth ministry.
• Experience in pastoral or religious education roles within a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, students and the wider community.
• Flexibility to work two days per week on a term‑time basis.
