About the role

We are seeking a Business Services Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of large private groups. The role combines tax planning, structuring, problem‑solving and strategic business advice, while working closely with senior partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied client portfolio of large private groups, acting as the primary liaison.
• Provide tax planning, structuring and business advisory services to address client challenges.
• Oversee and review compliance work to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Direct workflow management and coordinate delivery across the team.
• Train, mentor and develop less‑experienced accountants.
• Collaborate directly with partners on complex advisory projects.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent).
• Experience working with sizeable and complex group structures.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Proven experience in managing and developing team members.
