Business Operations Manager – Tourism & Holiday Parks

About the role

Belgravia Parks is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead a multi‑site portfolio of tourism and holiday park facilities across New South Wales. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance and continuous improvement while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across a multi‑site tourism portfolio.
• Coach, mentor and develop Park Managers to achieve excellence.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and KPI management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk, governance and contractual obligations.
• Support business growth, contract retention and new opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with councils, community stakeholders and key partners.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee capital works programmes and asset performance across the portfolio.
• Use data and insights to inform decision‑making and enhance business outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing multi‑site or multi‑unit operations.
• Proven success delivering strong commercial and financial outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop high‑performing teams.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
