Business Manager, Finance Services – ANZ

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Business Manager, Finance Services for the ANZ region to drive growth and adoption of Ingram Micro Financial Solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Regional IMFS Lead, APAC, the role leads commercial activities, builds strategic relationships and expands the financing business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute country growth strategies, building a sustainable pipeline of financing opportunities.
• Engage technology vendors, resellers and end‑users to originate and convert financing deals.
• Manage relationships with local funding partners and act as the primary commercial liaison.
• Collaborate with regional specialists on complex opportunities, transaction structuring and programme implementation.
• Maintain pipeline management, CRM, forecasting and business reporting ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in technology financing, vendor finance, equipment finance, IT distribution or channel sales.
• Strong understanding of the ANZ technology ecosystem and channel go‑to‑market models.
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships, originate new business and deliver commercial growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial and able to work independently within a matrix organisation.
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required.
