Business Improvement Analyst (6‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

Datacom is seeking a Business Improvement Analyst for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work with stakeholders to identify, analyse and deliver business and process improvements across operational and service environments.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop process maps, documentation, reports and supporting artefacts.
• Analyse operational, service, financial and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support root‑cause analysis, KPI development, performance reporting and business case development.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience facilitating workshops.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience with ITIL service delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of service delivery frameworks and project delivery methods.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other process‑improvement techniques (nice to have).
