Business Execution Analyst

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Business Execution Analyst to support the Institutional Australia & PNG business. You will work closely with Strategy & Execution teams, using data and insights to drive performance, align initiatives, and ensure the business meets its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, execution, and communication of Institutional strategy and divisional priorities.
• Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities, revenue pools, and emerging business trends.
• Coordinate and align strategic initiatives across business units and stakeholders.
• Support major transformation programs and track progress against objectives and outcomes.
• Provide data‑driven insights and hypothesis testing to drive simplification, efficiency, and growth.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies, value propositions, and customer‑centric initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across ANZ, maintain a customer‑first mindset, and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, advanced Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• Excellent data and analytical capabilities.
• Problem‑solving orientation with the ability to quickly identify issues and propose solutions.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
