About the role

Join Vertice’s fast‑growing GTM team as a Business Development Representative, engaging senior executives across finance, procurement and operations to drive early‑stage sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and qualify prospects across multiple channels.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers to understand challenges and generate interest.
• Partner with Account Executives to create opportunities and maintain a high‑quality pipeline.
• Craft personalised outreach campaigns that stand out.
• Become an expert on the Vertice platform and communicate its value clearly.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and own your metrics.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment such as sales, consulting, banking or start‑ups.
• Proven ability to exceed goals or KPIs.
• Strong, confident and persuasive communication skills.
• Growth‑oriented mindset, eager to learn and thrive in ambiguity.
• Organised, disciplined and accountable for results.
