Business Development Manager – Rock Drilling Tools

About the role

Epiroc is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth of its Rock Drilling Tools portfolio in Perth. You will build strong customer relationships across mining, construction and quarrying, identify new opportunities and deliver value‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their operational needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
• Create and execute account and territory plans aligned with sales targets.
• Gain deep product knowledge of Epiroc’s Rock Drilling Tools and articulate their value proposition.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, service, marketing) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts and market intelligence in Salesforce.

• Confidence to work with both existing and new customers to achieve sustainable growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and address operational needs in mining, construction or quarrying environments.
