Business Development Manager – Perth (South of the River)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead face‑to‑face sales and grow our client base across Perth, specifically the South of the River area. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will own new‑business acquisition, manage existing accounts and help expand our presence in the automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and develop new client relationships in the Perth region.
• Drive sales, client engagement and account‑management activities.
• Maintain and grow key accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on our services, processes and differentiators.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, solar or related sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a field‑based role.
