Business Development Manager – Lithium Projects

About the role

The Business Development Manager will support the commercial advancement of Lithium Plus Minerals' flagship Lei Lithium Project and broader corporate growth initiatives. Based in Sydney, the role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and assisting with offtake and logistics discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the lithium and broader resources sector.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and offtake agreements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform commercial decisions.
• Prepare business and investor presentations and support commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate infrastructure and logistics solutions related to project development.
• Engage with senior management, technical consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to drive project progress.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Geology, Mining or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in mining, resources, project development or corporate development.
• Understanding of mining project development and commercial evaluation.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in business development, transactions or strategic partnerships within the resources sector.
• Commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability.
• Based in Sydney with ability to travel as required.
