About the role

Fleetware is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to join its Perth office. You will be responsible for generating new business, shaping sales strategies and driving revenue growth for our advanced telematics solutions.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors.
Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to tailor Fleetware’s solutions.
Maintain a proactive pipeline of new business activities.

Required profile

Proven ability to meet and exceed business growth targets.
Strong background in business development, sales and negotiation.
Experience in fleet management, logistics or related industries is a strong advantage.
Strategic thinking, problem‑solving and the ability to analyse industry trends.
