About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join Remote Talent’s remote team. In this full‑time position you will drive growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities and trends.
- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, approach and negotiate with prospective B2B clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our remote‑work solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales strategies support overall business goals.
Required profile
- Proven sales and negotiation experience with a track record of closing deals.
- Background in market research and business strategy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience using CRM and business‑development software.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
