This entry‑level position offers hands‑on training, performance‑based earnings and the chance to develop strong negotiation and sales skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business opportunities across retail locations.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision‑makers to understand their needs.
• Present solutions that help clients reduce costs and improve performance.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share insights and best practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly motivated, competitive and results‑driven.
• Flexible, solution‑oriented and focused on outcomes.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Eagerness to learn while earning commissions.
