Business Development Manager - Commercial HVAC

About the role

The Business Development Manager (HVAC-R) creates customers for life by improving the customer experience, growing the customer base and helping businesses run and grow. The role focuses on developing the Commercial and Air Diffusion customer base and driving branches' evolution into supplying mechanical services products to data centres. It involves leading connections with key industry players and showcasing what Reece Group and HVAC-R has to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and drive revenue growth across the territory
• Develop new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service
• Support customers end-to-end to achieve the best commercial outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and business performance
• Meet budgets, deadlines and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment

Required profile

• Strong industry knowledge of HVAC-R Commercial and Air Diffusion
• Strong sales focus with drive to exceed budgets
• Ability to work autonomously and travel throughout the territory regularly
• Ability to build relationships, establish key accounts and secure new and repeat business
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
