Business Development Manager – Client Engagement

About the role

Engage Squared is seeking a Business Development Manager (Client Engagement Manager) to grow and manage a portfolio of clients across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. You will partner with key customers to solve business challenges using Microsoft technologies and our suite of services, driving revenue through cross‑selling and upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling within an existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Understand client business needs and propose tailored Microsoft‑based solutions.
• Create and execute account plans to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to guarantee successful implementation of solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging Microsoft technologies.
