Business Development Manager – B2B (Sydney)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth for Europcar’s car‑rental services in Sydney. You will work from our city office, identifying new opportunities across corporate, logistics, mining, leasing and insurance sectors and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with sales management to create and execute sales strategies and targets.
• Acquire deep product knowledge of car‑rental services, fleet and pricing to present value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and market conditions to spot opportunities.
• Record sales activities and performance metrics using the SFA CRM tool.
• Work with Operations, Marketing and Revenue teams to support overall business growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably B2B.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full, current Australian driver’s licence.
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
