Business Development Executive

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will support Plaza Premium Group’s global expansion strategy, working closely with the Director of Business Development and international teams to evaluate new opportunities and build commercial business cases. You will contribute to strategic decision‑making across multiple markets in the travel hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of new business opportunities through structured due diligence.
• Assist in developing commercially viable strategies for global expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and business cases.
• Contribute to commercial feasibility assessments and strategic planning exercises.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Support the preparation of competitive commercial offers, investment proposals and presentation materials.
• Maintain accurate datasets, support dashboard reporting and performance tracking.
• Provide analytical support for ad‑hoc strategic initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or a quantitative discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, commercial analysis, consulting or business analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with sound commercial judgement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and with international teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
