Business Banking Manager – Small to Medium Enterprise (Perth)

About the role

ANZ’s Business & Private Bank is looking for a Business Banking Manager to join its Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) Banking team in Perth. You will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of small business customers, delivering tailored financial solutions, and supporting their growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in inbound and structured leads‑based outbound calling to generate new business.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to a diverse range of SME clients.
• Retain and grow existing customers through cross‑selling and referrals.
• Understand client ambitions and recommend solutions that support business development.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance team culture.
• Meet performance targets across the balanced scorecard.
• Manage a team‑based customer portfolio and engage with existing small business customers.
• Collaborate effectively with Lighthouse and CSO enablement teams.

Required profile

• Permanent, full‑time role based in Perth.
• Experience managing a portfolio of small business or SME customers, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet performance targets.
